ClauseRelay

ClauseRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps parties and neutrals prepare ADR cases faster by converting contracts, emails, invoices, and chat logs into a structured “dispute packet.” Users upload documents, then the system extracts key clauses, timelines, amounts, and disputed issues, and outputs a standardized brief plus an evidence index with citations. It also generates a neutral-facing case summary and a party-facing negotiation position sheet that can be edited and exported to PDF/Word. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles extraction, summarization, and timeline building; traditional workflows manage permissions, versioning, and exports. The realistic value is time saved and fewer incomplete submissions—not magic dispute resolution. It won’t replace mediators/arbitrators, but it can reduce admin churn and improve the quality of what gets in front of them.
