ClauseSentry is a web app (with optional CLI) that converts SLA and compliance text into measurable service objectives, then continuously verifies them against real telemetry. Teams upload contracts, policy docs, and runbooks; the app extracts obligations (uptime, response times, data retention, audit trails), maps them to concrete checks, and generates “evidence packs” for audits and customer QBRs. It integrates with common stacks (Kubernetes, cloud logs, incident tools) to detect breaches, near-breaches, and missing evidence (e.g., no immutable logs, incomplete incident postmortems). It also tracks exceptions and approvals so teams can prove why a metric was missed and what remediation occurred. This is not a magic compliance button: it requires clean telemetry and disciplined incident processes. The value is reducing manual spreadsheet work and preventing embarrassing customer escalations by surfacing risk early.
