ClauseSprint

ClauseSprint is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that standardizes contract review for sales and procurement teams. It provides a clause library with pre-approved fallbacks, a guided intake form that routes requests to the right approver, and a redline workflow that tracks what changed and why. It’s not trying to replace lawyers; it reduces the volume of repetitive questions that clog legal queues. The AI component suggests clause swaps, flags risky deviations from your playbook, and drafts short rationale notes for approvals—always requiring human confirmation. It integrates with Google Drive/SharePoint and common e-sign tools so teams don’t copy/paste documents across systems. The goal is simple: fewer back-and-forth emails, fewer “where is this contract?” meetings, and shorter sales cycles without increasing risk.
