ClauseTrace is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps public health teams and advocates follow specific policy clauses across the full lifecycle: draft language, amendments, final passage, implementation guidance, and measurable outcomes. Users upload or link bills/regulations and the app breaks them into trackable clauses, then maps each clause to responsible agencies, deadlines, funding mechanisms, and expected metrics (e.g., vaccination rates, overdose deaths, inspection frequency). It sends alerts when implementation documents are released, budgets change, or enforcement signals appear. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists with clause extraction, similarity matching, and summarization, but the product is built around verifiable citations and a human-review workflow to avoid hallucinations. The goal is not “news,” but operational accountability: who must do what, by when, and whether it happened.
