It ingests bill texts, amendments, committee substitutes, and enrolled versions, then produces clause-by-clause diffs with clean citations back to official sources. Users can follow a single section of code across sessions, see who introduced the change, and get alerts when language they care about reappears in new vehicles. It also provides a “policy lineage” view that connects similar clauses across different bills and years, helping analysts avoid missing recycled language. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists with semantic matching, topic labeling, and summarizing changes, but the core value is reliable text versioning, traceability, and audit-ready exports for briefs and memos.
