It highlights the exact clauses, assigns a practical risk score, and suggests negotiation-friendly fallback language you can paste into redlines. It also tracks renewal dates and sends reminders so you don’t get stuck in unwanted renewals. This is an AI + traditional app: AI extracts and summarizes clauses, while deterministic rules enforce consistency and reduce hallucinations. It’s not a replacement for a lawyer; it’s a fast triage tool that helps you know when you actually need one.
