Each action item has an owner agency, required reviewers, due date, dependencies, and an audit trail. The app supports structured comment periods, redline-friendly document handling, and “decision-ready” brief packets generated from the latest inputs. It’s not magic: it won’t fix political gridlock, but it will reduce avoidable delays caused by lost emails, unclear ownership, and version confusion. Designed for government realities, it includes role-based access, exportable records, and configurable workflows for different councils/working groups. The goal is simple: fewer coordination failures, faster clearance cycles, and cleaner accountability.
