ClearanceHub is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for cabinet offices and ministries to manage cross-ministry clearances for memos, draft regulations, budget bids, and briefing notes. Instead of endless email threads and invisible bottlenecks, each submission becomes a tracked “clearance packet” with required reviewers, deadlines, dependencies, and a single source of truth for comments and redlines. It includes role-based access, audit trails, and a status dashboard that shows exactly where items are stuck and why. An AI layer can summarize reviewer feedback, flag conflicting edits, and generate a clean consolidated response note—but it does not replace human approval. Realistically, selling is slow (procurement, security reviews), but once adopted it becomes sticky because it embeds into daily clearance workflows and creates measurable cycle-time reductions.
