ClearanceKit is a web + desktop app (with an optional mobile companion) that helps units assemble, validate, and track personnel security clearance and access request packets without the usual back-and-forth. It provides guided checklists by clearance type, auto-validates required fields and document completeness, and maintains an auditable chain-of-custody for every file revision. The app focuses on reducing preventable delays: missing signatures, expired training, mismatched identifiers, and incorrect forms. It supports role-based workflows for requestors, security managers, supervisors, and reviewers, with status visibility and time-to-complete metrics. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance: AI can flag likely inconsistencies, summarize packet issues, and suggest next steps, but it does not “decide” eligibility. Realistically, success depends on tight integration with existing identity systems and strict compliance with government security controls.
