ClearanceKit

ClearanceKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for civil service teams to manage personnel clearances, onboarding prerequisites, and recurring compliance tasks without spreadsheet chaos. It provides a configurable checklist engine for role-based requirements (background checks, forms, trainings, attestations), tracks dependencies and expirations, and produces audit-ready evidence packs on demand. Agencies can assign tasks to employees, HR, and security offices, set SLAs, and see bottlenecks by office, vendor, or step. It integrates with common identity providers for access control and supports secure document intake with retention rules. An AI component can classify uploaded documents, extract key fields (dates, IDs, completion status), and flag missing items—but the workflow remains deterministic and reviewable. The goal is not “smart government,” it’s fewer lost forms, fewer rework loops, and faster time-to-start for hires and transfers.
