ClearBrief
ClearBrief is a web app (with optional desktop client) that standardizes how national security teams turn raw inputs into decision-ready briefs. It ingests emails, PDFs, cables, meeting notes, and OSINT links, then guides analysts through a structured workflow: source attribution, confidence scoring, key judgments, dissent capture, and required citations. An AI assistant drafts initial summaries and highlights contradictions, but every claim must be traceable to a cited source before it can be published. The output is a consistent brief format (PDB-style, sitrep, or memo) with audit trails for who changed what and why. Realistically, the hardest part isn’t the UI—it’s security, procurement, and integration with existing classified/unclassified environments. The MVP should target unclassified and controlled unclassified information (CUI) first, then expand.
