ClearChain is a web + mobile AI-assisted rights and releases tracker built for small film productions that can’t afford legal chaos. It centralizes talent releases, location agreements, music licenses, stock footage receipts, and artwork permissions, then links each document to specific scenes, clips, and deliverables. The app uses OCR to ingest PDFs/photos, extracts key fields (party names, dates, usage scope, territory, term), and flags missing signatures, expired terms, or mismatched usage (e.g., “festival only” music used in a commercial cut). It generates a clean “chain-of-title packet” export for distributors, E&O insurance, and festivals. Realistically, it won’t replace an entertainment lawyer, but it will prevent the most common paperwork failures that kill distribution deals or delay delivery. Pricing targets micro-to-mid productions with per-project tiers and collaborator seats.
