ClearChain

ClearChain is a mobile + web evidence chain-of-custody system for defense and security teams who still rely on spreadsheets, email, and shared drives. Field personnel capture photos, video, audio, and documents with automatic hashing, time/location stamping, and tamper-evident logs. Supervisors can assign case IDs, enforce retention rules, and generate audit-ready reports for internal investigations, procurement disputes, FOIA responses, or military justice proceedings. The app focuses on boring-but-critical workflows: offline capture, controlled transfers, role-based access, and defensible export packages. An optional AI layer helps redact faces/plates, detect duplicates, and draft evidence summaries—but everything remains reviewable and traceable. Realistically, selling will be slow due to procurement and security reviews, so the product must be deployable in a private cloud or on-prem and integrate with existing identity systems.
