ClearCue

ClearCue is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps indie labels, publishers, and artists package tracks for licensing with clean, verifiable rights data. The core problem in sync is not “finding music” but clearing it fast: missing splits, outdated contacts, uncleared samples, and no one willing to sign a one-sheet. ClearCue guides users through a structured “clearance checklist,” generates a professional one-sheet, collects e-signatures from all rightsholders, and stores proof-of-authority in a shareable link for music supervisors. An AI assistant can draft metadata, spot inconsistencies (e.g., writer shares not totaling 100%), and flag risky language, but humans still approve everything. The app also tracks inbound requests, deadlines, and deliverables (stems, alt mixes, instrumental), so users don’t lose deals due to slow responses. It’s realistic: you won’t replace PROs or publishers, but you can remove chaos and speed up clearance.
