ClearLedger
ClearLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that turns messy internal status updates into a consistent, auditable transparency feed for employees, customers, or partners. Teams publish weekly “commitments, progress, blockers, risks” in a standardized template, then attach evidence (tickets, PRs, incident reports, docs) so claims aren’t just vibes. Stakeholders can subscribe to topics, get change summaries, and see what changed since last week, including redactions and who approved them. The app includes lightweight governance: required fields, review workflows, and an immutable change log to prevent quiet rewrites. It’s not a full project management tool; it sits above Jira/Linear/Asana and pulls references rather than duplicating work. The goal is to reduce status-meeting churn, prevent surprise misses, and create a single source of truth for reporting that survives org churn.
