ClearPathAR

ClearPathAR is a mobile + web AI app that helps builders, remodelers, and homeowners quickly identify universal-design issues in existing homes and renovation plans. Using a phone camera, it captures key measurements (door widths, turning radii, threshold heights, slope/grade, reach ranges) and flags likely problem areas against configurable standards (ADA-inspired, aging-in-place, local guidelines). It outputs a plain-language punch list with photos, annotated floor snapshots, and “good/better/best” fix options (e.g., lever handles, zero-threshold shower, ramp alternatives). It’s not a full architectural CAD replacement—expect occasional measurement noise and the need to verify with a tape measure—but it’s fast enough to be useful on-site. The web dashboard stores projects, generates client-ready PDFs, and tracks remediation progress with contractors.
