ClearToClose is a mobile + web AI-assisted pre-approval readiness checker that turns messy financial inputs into a lender-style “confidence score” and a concrete action plan. Users securely connect bank accounts and payroll deposits, upload pay stubs/W-2s, and enter basic debts; the app estimates DTI, cash-to-close, and flags common deal-killers (recent large deposits, thin reserves, job gaps, disputed collections). It doesn’t pretend to be a lender or guarantee approval—rather, it produces a standardized “Pre-Approval Packet” buyers can share with any loan officer, including a clean document checklist and explanations of anomalies. For agents, it generates a buyer-readiness summary (with user consent) so they stop wasting time on unqualified showings.
