ClearToClose

ClearToClose is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that centralizes closing conditions, title requirements, and document status across buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title/escrow. Instead of hunting through email threads and PDF attachments, each party sees a single checklist with owners, due dates, and “what’s blocking funding” explanations. The app ingests lender/underwriter condition lists and title commitments, extracts key items (payoffs, judgments, HOA docs, ID/SSN verification, insurance, wiring instructions), and routes tasks to the right person with audit trails. It also provides a secure doc vault and a “wire safety” module that forces out-of-band verification steps before any funds move. This is not trying to replace title software; it sits on top as a coordination layer for the messy last-mile work where deals die or slip.
