ClinicBrief is a mobile + web AI app that converts after-visit summaries, lab results, and medication instructions into plain-language “micro-lessons” tailored to the patient’s situation. Users upload a PDF or screenshot from their portal, then get: (1) a short explanation of what each item means, (2) what to do next (questions to ask, monitoring steps, follow-up timing), and (3) red-flag symptoms that warrant urgent care. It includes a comprehension check (2–3 questions) to confirm the user actually understood, plus a shareable one-page “care cheat sheet” for family caregivers. The app avoids pretending to diagnose; it focuses on education, clarity, and adherence support. It also logs what the user didn’t understand so they can bring a concise list to their next appointment. Realistically, the hardest part is trust and medical accuracy—so it leans on citations and conservative language.
