ClinicNudge is a mobile + web app for pediatric clinics to reduce wasted vaccine doses and help parents get timely appointments. Clinics post same-day or next-day openings (including cancellations) with age and vaccine-type constraints. Parents opt in by child profile, location, and availability windows, then receive a single-tap offer to claim a slot. The app auto-handles eligibility rules (minimum intervals, age cutoffs) using a configurable schedule template and flags “needs staff review” cases rather than pretending to be perfect. It also includes lightweight consent forms, directions, and a check-in QR code to cut front-desk time. This isn’t a magical “fix vaccine hesitancy” product; it’s a practical operations tool that turns cancellations into filled appointments and reduces parent friction when they actually want the shot.
