ClinicPrep helps people turn messy symptoms, meds, and questions into a one-page visit brief for any doctor appointment. Instead of trying to remember everything in the exam room, you log symptoms in plain language, snap photos (rash, swelling, home test results), and import a medication list. The app then structures it into: timeline, severity, triggers, what you’ve tried, and the top 5 questions you want answered. It also generates a short “ask” statement (what you want from the visit) and a follow-up checklist for labs, referrals, and next steps. This is not a diagnosis app; it’s a communication and organization tool that reduces missed details and repeat visits. It supports chronic conditions, new acute issues, and caregiver workflows (parents, adult children).
