ClinicQueue

ClinicQueue is a web + mobile app for public health clinics to track essential medicines and supplies with minimal friction. Staff record receipts and dispensing in seconds (barcode optional), and the system forecasts days-of-stock, flags likely stockouts, and generates simple reorder lists aligned to approved formularies. Supervisors get a cross-facility dashboard that highlights chronic under-supply, unusual consumption spikes, and late deliveries—without requiring a full-blown national ERP rollout. The app works offline-first for low-connectivity settings and syncs when a signal returns. It also produces audit-friendly logs and monthly reports that match common donor and ministry templates. This is not a “digital transformation” fantasy; it’s a narrow tool aimed at the most expensive failure in primary care: running out of basics like antibiotics, ORS, contraceptives, and test kits.
