ClinicRelay

ClinicRelay is a mobile + web app that helps under-resourced clinics and NGOs capture lightweight, standardized health encounter data and turn it into early warning signals for outbreaks and supply shortages. Frontline staff enter a few fields (symptoms, age band, location, key vitals, test result if any) via offline-first forms or SMS/WhatsApp-style prompts. The system de-identifies data on-device, syncs when connectivity returns, and produces simple dashboards for district health teams: unusual symptom spikes, stockout risk, and referral bottlenecks. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI assists with translating free-text notes into standard codes, detecting anomalies, and generating weekly situation summaries. The product is realistic because it doesn’t pretend to replace national systems; it exports clean aggregates to DHIS2/CSV and focuses on the last-mile data quality gap where most surveillance breaks.
