ClinicRulez is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that helps outpatient clinics and small hospital departments stay compliant with industry-specific healthcare billing and documentation rules (e.g., Medicare LCD/NCD policies, payer prior-auth requirements, and specialty coding guidance). It centralizes payer policy updates, maps them to your clinic’s services, and turns them into actionable checklists embedded into intake and chart completion. The AI component summarizes long policy PDFs, highlights what changed, and flags charts that are missing required elements before a claim goes out. It also produces an audit packet (policy version, checklist completion, supporting notes) to reduce clawbacks and denials. Realistically, this won’t replace a compliance officer or your EHR; it’s a layer that reduces “we didn’t know the rule changed” failures and makes compliance operational rather than a binder on a shelf.
