ClinScribeX is a web-based SaaS that ingests hospital voice recordings (dictations, consult notes, discharge summaries, call-center recordings) and produces two outputs: (1) a compliant, redacted audio/transcript package and (2) structured data fields ready for EHR import or analytics. The system detects and masks PHI (names, DOB, MRN, addresses) with configurable policies by department, then extracts key clinical entities such as diagnoses, meds, allergies, procedures, vitals, and follow-up instructions. A review console lets compliance staff and clinicians quickly approve redactions, correct entities, and export results to HL7/FHIR-friendly formats. The product includes audit logs, role-based access, retention controls, and a “minimum necessary” mode for sharing recordings with vendors, researchers, or QA teams. It’s designed for hospitals that need faster documentation workflows while reducing privacy risk and manual chart abstraction.
