Clip2Coach is a mobile + web app that helps handball coaches and analysts turn raw match footage into short, labeled teaching clips in minutes. You upload a full game video (or import from YouTube/Drive), then quickly mark key events (fast breaks, 7m, suspensions, defensive systems, goalkeeper saves) with one-tap tags and a simple timeline. The app auto-generates a shareable playlist per player, position, or theme, and exports to a private link for the team. It’s not magic: the MVP focuses on fast manual clipping with lightweight AI assistance (scene change detection and basic ball/goal-area motion cues) to suggest likely highlights, but coaches stay in control. Most teams already record games; the real problem is the time sink of reviewing and communicating feedback. Clip2Coach makes review a repeatable weekly workflow instead of a weekend-killer.
