Clip2Coach is a mobile + web AI app for grassroots football/soccer teams that turns long match recordings into short, shareable coaching clips. You upload a full game video (phone tripod or Veo/Hudl export), and the app auto-detects key events (shots, set pieces, turnovers, transitions) and generates a timeline of highlights and “teachable mistakes.” Coaches can tag players, add voice notes, and assign 2-minute review tasks before the next training. It’s not trying to replace pro analysis; it’s built for time-poor volunteer coaches who currently don’t review video at all because it’s too slow. The MVP focuses on reliable clipping, simple annotations, and easy sharing to players/parents. Monetization is per-team subscription with storage limits and optional pay-per-upload for tournaments.
