ClipLedger

ClipLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for creators and small teams who produce lots of short-form content and lose track of what’s been used, what’s duplicated, and what’s actually performing. It acts like a lightweight “content accounting” system: you log raw assets (recordings, screenshots, links), generate clip candidates, attach claims/hooks, and track where each clip was posted, when, and with what caption/thumbnail. The app automatically detects near-duplicate clips and reused hooks across platforms so you don’t accidentally repost the same thing or burn an idea twice. It also pulls basic performance metrics and ties them back to the original asset so you can see which source recordings are worth mining again. This is not a full editor; it’s the missing operational layer between your camera roll and your posting schedule.
