ClipPermit is a mobile + web AI app that helps creators avoid takedowns and demonetization by checking what’s inside a video before it goes public. You upload a draft (or link a private upload), and it scans for risky elements: copyrighted music, TV/movie footage, logos/brands, and recognizable faces. It then generates a “risk report” with timecodes, suggested edits (mute/replace audio, blur, crop), and a one-click request workflow to contact rights holders using templated messages. It also stores proof: licenses, emails, and permissions tied to each upload, so you can respond quickly to disputes. This isn’t a magic shield—platforms can still flag content—but it reduces avoidable mistakes and gives creators documentation when they need to appeal. Monetization is subscription-based with per-minute scanning limits and team plans for agencies.
