ClipProbe

ClipProbe is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for UX researchers who drown in raw interview recordings. Upload Zoom/Meet files, auto-transcribe, then highlight moments and instantly create short, shareable clips tied to a research question, persona, and theme. It generates a lightweight “evidence board” that product teams can browse without sitting through full sessions: each insight is backed by a clip, transcript quote, and confidence notes. The app also supports quick participant consent logging and anonymization (blur names, bleep PII) to reduce compliance anxiety. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles transcription, speaker diarization, and suggested tags; humans confirm and curate. The goal is not to replace research judgment, but to remove the busywork that prevents insights from being used.
