ClipRights Vault is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for creators who license their content to brands, media outlets, clip pages, podcasts, and newsletters. It centralizes every permission you grant: what asset was used, where it can be used, for how long, whether whitelisting/paid usage is allowed, and what credit/link requirements exist. The app monitors the web for re-uploads and out-of-scope usage, then generates evidence packs (timestamps, URLs, screenshots) and pre-filled takedown or invoice templates. It also handles the unsexy but critical operational layer: renewal reminders, rate cards by usage type, and a simple rights “status page” you can share with partners so they stop asking the same questions. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps detect likely matches of your clips across platforms and classifies usage against your license terms, but the product is not a “magic button.” You still need to confirm matches and decide enforcement actions. The goal is fewer missed renewals, fewer unpaid usages, and less time arguing over what was agreed.
