ClipScout is a mobile + web AI app that helps fans and creators locate specific sports moments without scrubbing through full games. You type what you remember (“Curry deep three over double team, 4th quarter”) or paste a link, and it returns the best-matching timestamped clips from official sources and creator uploads. It also generates a short “context card” (score, period, key players, what happened right before/after) and lets you save, share, or build a playlist for reactions and recaps. Brutal reality: you cannot win by hosting pirated highlights; you’ll get nuked. The MVP must focus on discovery, deep-linking, and metadata around authorized video (YouTube, league partners, broadcasters where allowed). Monetization is subscriptions for power users (creators, podcasters) plus affiliate/referral revenue to streaming services.
