ClipScrim

ClipScrim is a web + desktop companion app (traditional + AI) that converts raw scrim/VOD footage into ready-to-post esports content. It connects to OBS recordings or uploaded VODs, detects high-signal moments (kills, clutches, ult combos, round wins) using game-event cues where available plus vision/audio patterns, then outputs short vertical and horizontal clips with captions, player tags, and safe templates. Teams and semi-pro players waste hours hunting for moments; this makes it a 10-minute workflow. It also generates a weekly “content pack” (10–20 clips) with suggested titles, hashtags, and posting schedule. The MVP focuses on 2–3 games with stable signals (e.g., Valorant, Fortnite, Rocket League) to avoid boiling the ocean. Monetization is subscription per team/creator with usage-based rendering minutes.
