ClipSentry is a web app (with optional desktop companion) that watches your live stream in real time and automatically generates short highlight clips optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. It detects spikes in chat velocity, audio excitement, and on-screen scene changes to propose “moments,” then auto-captions, reframes to vertical, and exports with platform-safe bitrates. The product is built for small-to-mid creators who don’t have an editor and lose growth because their best moments die inside a 3-hour VOD. You connect Twitch/YouTube, pick a style preset, and after each stream you receive a batch of clips, titles, and hashtags. Brutal reality: this is not a moat-heavy business—many tools exist—so the app must win on reliability, speed, and measurable lift (views per hour streamed).
