ClipSnipe

ClipSnipe is a web + mobile AI app for semi-pro, college clubs, and local leagues that don’t get broadcast-quality highlights. Upload full-game video (or connect a live stream/VOD), and the app auto-detects key moments using scoreboard OCR, crowd/audio spikes, and simple event tagging. It outputs a clean highlight package: 15s/30s/60s clips, a 2–4 minute reel, and platform-ready vertical edits with basic captions and team branding. Coaches can quickly correct missed moments and export in one tap. Realistically, this won’t beat ESPN or league-owned media; it wins by serving the massive “nobody covers us” tier with speed and low cost. Monetization is subscription per team plus pay-per-game processing.
