CloseCheck is a mobile + web AI-assisted “closing readiness” app for home buyers and sellers that flags last-minute deal killers early: missing HOA docs, lender condition gaps, insurance issues, appraisal timing risks, title/escrow document delays, and repair receipts that won’t satisfy underwriting. Users connect their transaction timeline (contract date, contingencies, lender, escrow/title, insurance) and upload or forward key emails/PDFs. The app turns messy threads into a single checklist with owners, due dates, and risk levels, then nudges the right party with templated requests (e.g., HOA resale package, proof of repairs, updated payoffs). It does not replace agents or escrow; it’s a coordination layer that reduces “we didn’t know” moments. Realistically, adoption depends on proving it saves time and prevents at least one costly delay or extension per transaction.
