CloseCoach is a web app with optional mobile companion that plugs into Salesforce and HubSpot to produce a daily, brutally prioritized action list for commercial bankers and finance sales teams. It ingests pipeline, emails, meeting notes, and call outcomes, then flags deals at risk (stalled stages, missing next steps, weak stakeholders, pricing gaps) and generates specific follow-up tasks, talk tracks, and objection handling tailored to each account. Managers get a clean view of deal hygiene and forecast risk without endless spreadsheet policing. This is not a “new CRM”—it’s a thin layer that fixes the behavior CRM fails to enforce. The MVP focuses on one segment (mid-market commercial lending/treasury) and one CRM, because broad integrations and compliance workflows will kill speed. Expect heavy emphasis on audit logs, permissions, and explainability so regulated teams can trust recommendations.
