CloseFastERP

CloseFastERP is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that plugs into existing ERPs and finance tools to accelerate month-end close. It ingests GL, subledger, and operational data, then maps it to a standardized close checklist: reconciliations, accruals, intercompany eliminations, variance explanations, and audit-ready evidence packs. An AI layer proposes journal entries, flags anomalies, and drafts variance narratives, but every action is approval-gated with full traceability. The product focuses on the ugly middle: companies stuck with NetSuite/SAP/Oracle/Dynamics plus spreadsheets, email approvals, and tribal knowledge. Instead of “replacing ERP,” it becomes the close control plane: task orchestration, reconciliation workflows, and a single source of truth for close status. Realistically, integrations and data quality are the hardest parts, so the MVP targets 1-2 ERPs and a narrow set of close workflows first.
