CloseNudge

CloseNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors a transaction’s closing checklist and automatically prompts the right party at the right time—buyer, seller, lender, title, agent, or HOA—based on what’s missing. Instead of another generic task list, it ingests key dates and required items, then sends structured requests (e.g., “Upload updated paystub,” “Confirm wire instructions,” “Provide HOA resale package”) with one-click completion links and audit trails. An AI layer reads incoming emails/PDFs to detect whether a condition is satisfied, flags mismatches (wrong version, missing signature, expired ID), and updates status without manual chasing. The app focuses on reducing last-week chaos: fewer surprise conditions, fewer reschedules, and less time spent by agents and coordinators doing repetitive follow-ups. It integrates with email and common transaction folders, but can run standalone for small teams.
