ClosePulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that connects to your CRM and finance systems to quantify forecast risk and revenue leakage before month-end. It flags deals likely to slip, identifies pipeline “air” (overstated probability, stale activity, missing next steps), and translates that into CFO-friendly impacts: expected revenue, cash timing, and variance vs plan. It also tracks quote-to-cash friction—discount creep, approval delays, and contract bottlenecks—so finance can intervene with sales ops without endless spreadsheet wrangling. This is a combination app: traditional analytics for deterministic metrics plus AI to summarize risk drivers, generate weekly variance narratives, and recommend targeted actions (e.g., “top 10 deals causing 60% of downside risk”). It’s realistic: it won’t magically predict revenue, but it will surface measurable leading indicators and enforce forecasting hygiene.
