CloseReady is a web + mobile app that turns the chaotic last-mile of a home purchase into a single, trackable checklist tied to real documents and deadlines. Buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders upload or forward emails/PDFs (loan estimate, CD, HOA docs, insurance binder, payoff statements). The app extracts key fields, flags missing items, and highlights common deal-killers: mismatched names, funding date conflicts, wire instructions changes, unpaid HOA balances, insurance gaps, and last-minute fee spikes. It also creates a “closing readiness score” and a day-by-day plan from contract to signing. This is not a magic legal tool; it’s a coordination and risk-spotting layer that reduces preventable delays and expensive reschedules. Revenue comes from per-transaction fees paid by agents/teams or a small buyer add-on, with optional lender/title integrations later.
