CloseTracker

CloseTracker is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that centralizes the messy, last-mile work between signing and closing in M&A deals. It replaces scattered email threads and spreadsheets with a structured, role-based checklist for conditions precedent, regulatory filings, third-party consents, payoff letters, and closing deliverables. Each item has an owner, due date, dependencies, evidence uploads, and an audit trail. The AI layer reads incoming emails and documents, suggests which checklist item they belong to, flags missing artifacts, and drafts status updates for internal and external stakeholders. It also produces a clean closing binder index and a “ready-to-close” risk view that highlights blockers and stale items. This is not a full VDR or e-signature product; it’s a focused execution tool for the period where deals most often slip, burn hours, and create blame.
