ClosingRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for mortgage teams to track and prevent last-minute closing failures. It connects to your LOS and document portal, then monitors milestones (appraisal ordered/received, title clear, insurance bound, conditions satisfied, CD sent, wire ready). Instead of generic status updates, it flags “risk signals” like repeated condition re-requests, stalled third-party orders, missing payoffs, expiring rate locks, and borrower non-responsiveness. The app generates a daily “save list” of loans most likely to miss closing with the exact next action, owner, and deadline. Borrowers get a simple checklist and SMS nudges; internal users get an audit trail and escalation rules. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes file notes and emails into a clean status narrative, but the core value is operational visibility and accountability.
