CluePulse is a web + mobile app for escape-room operators that tracks how teams actually progress through a room and pinpoints where they stall. Staff run a room in “observer mode” on a tablet/phone, tapping quick events (found key, solved puzzle, asked for hint, wrong attempt) while optional camera/audio timestamps are logged. After each session, the app generates a heatmap timeline: which puzzles are bottlenecks, which clues are ignored, and which hint scripts work. It also suggests concrete fixes (reword clue card, move prop, adjust lock order) and estimates difficulty impact. This isn’t a consumer gimmick; it’s operational analytics to raise completion rates, reduce staff stress, and improve reviews. The MVP focuses on fast logging, simple reports, and repeatable room templates so operators can compare performance across days, staff, and team sizes.
