ClusterLedger

ClusterLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps economic development teams and cluster managers track, verify, and report ecosystem outcomes across companies, universities, and support orgs. Instead of messy spreadsheets and vanity metrics, it creates a shared “activity ledger” of collaborations: supplier introductions, pilot projects, grants won, internships placed, shared lab usage, and event-driven deal flow. Participants submit lightweight updates, and the system cross-verifies via email/domain matching, document links, and optional integrations (CRM, calendar, grant portals). An AI layer auto-classifies activities into standard impact categories and drafts funder-ready quarterly reports with defensible numbers and citations. The product is realistic: it doesn’t try to ‘build the ecosystem’—it makes reporting and coordination less painful, which is what budgets actually pay for. Pricing targets public agencies and cluster nonprofits that already spend on reporting, consultants, and stakeholder management.
