ClusterLens is a web app that ingests product analytics, CRM exports, and survey data, then uses unsupervised learning to discover customer segments and behavioral patterns you didn’t know existed. It automatically cleans columns, handles missing values, embeds text fields (tickets, reviews), and runs multiple clustering approaches (HDBSCAN, k-means, spectral) with stability checks so you don’t get “pretty but fake” clusters. The app produces plain-English segment summaries, top distinguishing features, and recommended actions (e.g., onboarding tweaks, pricing tests, churn interventions). It also tracks drift: if your segments change over time, it flags it and explains what variables shifted. This is not a generic BI dashboard; it’s a guided workflow for segmentation that a PM, growth lead, or marketer can run end-to-end, with exportable audiences and reports.
