ClusterScout
ClusterScout is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps economic development teams and cluster managers map who’s in their ecosystem, what they do, and where the real gaps and collaboration opportunities are. Users import messy lists from spreadsheets, chambers, universities, and grant programs, then the app normalizes entities, tags capabilities, and builds a living directory with relationship tracking (supplier, research partner, investor, workforce pipeline). An AI layer suggests high-probability introductions, identifies missing capabilities (e.g., no local testing lab, no packaging supplier), and generates outreach briefs and meeting agendas. The product is intentionally pragmatic: it’s not a “social network.” It’s a pipeline tool for ecosystem building—who to connect, why, and what outcome to track (MOUs, pilots, hires, co-funding). Expect data quality work up front; the app’s value grows as the directory stays current and outcomes are logged.
