CoachBuildr is a web app with a companion mobile app for boutique coachbuilders and luxury dealers to manage bespoke commissions without drowning in email threads and PDFs. It centralizes client briefs, option selections, supplier quotes, deposits, change orders, and milestone approvals into a single timeline per vehicle. Clients get a clean portal to review renders, sign off on material samples, and approve cost/time impacts for any change—reducing “he said, she said” disputes. The AI layer helps turn messy client emails/WhatsApps into structured requirements, flags spec conflicts (e.g., leather availability vs. delivery date), and drafts change-order documents. This is not a CAD tool; it’s the operational glue between sales, design, procurement, and the client. The MVP focuses on auditability, approvals, and cost control—where projects actually go off the rails.
