After each session, the coach logs a 60-second recap (text or voice), and the app prompts the coachee to pick one commitment and a due date. It then nudges follow-through, captures proof (links, screenshots, deliverables), and generates stakeholder-ready progress reports without exposing sensitive details. For internal programs, it supports cohort dashboards, anonymized trend reporting, and simple compliance controls.
