CoalitionKit

CoalitionKit is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for advocacy coalitions that need to coordinate messaging, meetings, and grassroots actions across multiple organizations without losing control of compliance and versioning. It centralizes campaign plans, talking points, bill positions, stakeholder contact lists, meeting notes, and action alerts in one shared workspace with role-based permissions. The AI layer helps draft tailored outreach emails, generate district-specific call scripts, and summarize hearing transcripts into action items, but keeps humans in control with approvals and audit trails. The app focuses on the unglamorous operational pain: keeping partners aligned, tracking who contacted which office, and ensuring everyone uses the latest approved language. It also produces simple, exportable activity reports for funders and boards. This is not a replacement for high-end lobbying suites; it’s a coordination tool built for coalitions that move fast and break when information is scattered.
